Denon PMA 250III access to my computer internet

I would like to be able to use my Denon PMA 250II amplifier to listen to internet radio. My computer is running Ubuntu 10.4 and my Cisco router runs my network. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.

I have

Surely you’d just need a mini jackplug to RCA cable … such as:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5mm-Stereo-Mini-Phono-Cable/dp/B005JKYLD8
then just run it from line out on the PC to the AUX input on your amp (?)

If you are looking for software to retrieve internet radio then take a look at this.
All except Songbird still going

My personal choice would be Clementine … as far as I’m concerned the best media player for Linux, full stop  :

There’s an official Clementine PPA that contains a version for Lucid (10.04) here:

BTW, can you please edit your first posting and remove all the empty space … thanks in advance.
