Disk integrity

I recently installed Ubuntu 10 for net books on my Samsung NX10 with a dual boot config’. Everything works fine except when It comes to the boot screen and I choose Widoze it boots, then stops and says “there is an integrity problem with one of your disks, please press any key to stop disk check” (this has only occured since the dual boot was installed)

Any ideas?

Many thanks

…and now Windoze says it has changed the drive letters!?

just let Windows run its disk check… ie. don’t hit a key until it’s finished.

Thanks Mark. Done that everything OK.
